Why People Like Steve

Imagine thousands of screaming fans packed into an arena, all cheering for you to take down an NBA MVP in the prime of his career in a back-and-forth shootout. That dream can now be a reality, thanks to PROTRADE and two-time MVP Steve Nash.

On June 5, PROTRADE will release a Reward which will give one community member the chance to trade in their PROTRADE Dollars for the experience of a lifetime. PROTRADE will fly you and a friend to Vancouver for VIP treatment at the Steve Nash Foundation Charity Classic with Steve and other stars from around the league. In between quarters, you will be brought down onto the court for a one-on-one game of M-V-P against Nash in front of thousands of fans (he's not a two-time NBA H-O-R-S-E, after all).

Joga Bonito - Steve Nash

Since Steve Nash has had his dreams shattered of 3-peating the MVP, here's a good soccer skills video to cheer everyone up. He can always quit and join Toronto FC in my opinion. THEY NEED HIM!
Anyway, JOGA BONITO everybody. Enjoy the movie.

Steve "Nose Job" Nash VS. "Dirty" Dirk Nowitzki

Alright loyal bandaid-wearing Nash-ites, now is the time to band together and support our saviour, Steve Nash, in his quest for the MVP 3-peat. Dirty Dirk Nowitzki is trying to rob our master of his rightful place on the throne...we can't let this happen. Post your supporting comments to let Nash know how you feel. He obviously checks out Steve Nash World daily, so everyone should rally together and circle jerk on a picture of him to let him know how we feel. Thank you.

"It seems there won't be a third straight MVP trophy for Canada's Steve Nash. Dirk Nowitzki has edged out the Victoria point guard for the league's most valuable player award after leading the Dallas Mavericks to one of the best regular seasons in league history, a team official told The Associated Press on Friday. The formal announcement will come Tuesday at a news conference, said the team official, who requested anonymity because the announcement is pending. Nash, 33, would have become only the fourth player in NBA history to win three straight MVP awards, joining the lofty company of Bill Russell, Larry Bird and Wilt Chamberlain." from Canadian Press

Wear your bandaids on your noses. If you don't have a bandaid, post a comment and I will MAIL YOU ONE YOU CHEAP BASTARD.

We TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU!

Thanks Hersey! A post that any Steve enthusiast would appreciate.
Props for making a stand as a "Nash for MVP" supporter. Way to go friend.

It's passages like this that prove you're a Nasher for life:

"Nash is an All Star so his in-game ability is part of the argument. The Phoenix Suns’ record over the last three years is the other part. Nash’s play has turned the Phoenix Suns into an elite team."
"The Suns went into Dallas and beat them in double OT.  Nash made all the big plays in the comeback win.  Dirk had a meltdown.  On the biggest stage of the regular season, Nash was outstanding.  That one game didn’t make him the MVP but it showed the difference between Nash now and the Nash of the previous two years. The Edge."
Keep up the Nash Pride and we will follow you forever Steve.

Nash kicks one in for 3.

13gb.com didn't have the embed link, so you have to go watch the video HERE.  It's about 30 seconds and shows The Nash-master at practice, kicking a basketball in from behind the 3-point line.  Sometimes I wonder if we Canadians could've had our own Bo Jackson of sorts...maybe there's still time.
